Three things we put in writing. Each one says what happens if we get it wrong, and the conditions it runs under.

01The price doesn't move
The written price is the price. Nothing gets added to it without us ringing you first and getting a yes.
If we get it wrong: Anything we add without your yes, you don't pay for.
The conditions
- The price covers the work written in the quote. Work you ask us to add is quoted before we do it.
- If we dig and find something nobody could see at the quote, like rock, old concrete or a buried pipe, we stop. You get photos and a price for it before we go on.
- A yes can be by phone, text or email. We note it on the job either way.
02You sign off the plan first
Nothing gets built that isn't on the plan you approved. Any change goes to you in writing first.
If we get it wrong: If we build something that isn't on your plan without your OK, we put it right at our cost.
The conditions
- Applies to project work with a written plan or quote: design, walls, paving, drainage, turf and planting.
- Plants can be swapped for a close match if the one on the plan is out of stock. We tell you before we plant it, and you can say no.
- Small on-site adjustments to levels and falls, so water runs the right way, are part of doing the job properly. If one changes how it looks, we ask first.
03Your place left tidy every day
At the end of each day, paths are clear, tools are away and the day's waste is gone or stacked neatly out of the way.
If we get it wrong: If it isn't, ring us and we'll come back and tidy it.
The conditions
- On bigger jobs, bulk materials like soil, turf or pavers may sit on site between days. We keep them tidy and off the paths.
- Green waste from garden care visits is taken away on the day.
- Mud on a wet day is part of garden work. We keep it off your paths and driveway as best we can and hose down before we go.
04This sits on top of your legal rights
This sits on top of the rights you already have under the Australian Consumer Law, and the warranties that apply by law to building work in NSW. Those rights cannot be taken away, and nothing here limits them.
Under the Australian Consumer Law, work must be done with due care and skill, be fit for the purpose you asked for, and be done within a reasonable time. Any promise we make on top of that, we have to keep too.
