The questions we get asked

Will you dig into my pipes or cables?
We check before we dig. Pipes and cables are located before any digging starts, so there's no burst water main on day one. If we find something nobody could see at the quote, like a buried pipe, we stop and show you before we go on.
Will the price go up once you've started?
No. The written price is the price. Nothing gets added without us ringing you first and getting a yes. If we dig and find rock, old concrete or a buried pipe, we stop, send you photos and price it before we go on. Anything we add without your yes, you don't pay for.
How fast will someone get back to me?
Monday to Friday 7am to 6pm, and Saturday 8am to 4pm, a garden specialist rings you back within five minutes. We're closed on Sunday. Outside those hours, leave your details and we'll ring you first thing.
Who actually turns up at my place?
Our crews. They're police-checked and insured, and they work to the same standard on every job. Whoever turns up, you deal with us, and we answer for the work.
Will you leave a mess?
At the end of each day, paths are clear, tools are away and the day's waste is gone or stacked neatly out of the way. If it isn't, ring us and we'll come back and tidy it. That's one of our three written promises.
My last garden died. Why would this one be different?
Most gardens that keep dying have a drainage or soil problem, not a plant problem. So we check the soil, the water and the sun before we plant or build, and pick plants for your spot. When we finish, you get simple care notes on watering and feeding, because new plants and lawns still need looking after.
Do I need council approval?
Most garden work doesn't. Some does, like taller retaining walls, which need an engineer or council approval. The rules depend on the job and your council. We check before we start and tell you if your job needs it.
Is the quote free? What about a design?
Quotes are free. A full garden design is a paid service, and if we build it the fee comes off the job.
