Sound familiar?

The lawn is scalped, the beds are full of weeds, a wall is leaning over the car park, and residents are asking the committee why.

What we look after

Grounds care and repairs

  • Regular grounds care

Mowing, edging, hedges, weeding and mulch on a set schedule. Green waste taken away.

  • Common-area lawns and gardens

Tired lawns brought back and bare beds replanted, with plants that suit the spot.

  • Walls, paving and drainage

Leaning walls, sunken paths and wet corners fixed at the cause, not patched.

  • Work around residents

Paths kept clear, noisy work at sensible times, and the site left tidy every day.

  • Clear invoices

Each invoice says what was done and where. Extra work is quoted and agreed first.

Taller walls need an engineer or council approval. We check before we start, and tell the committee what's needed.

FAQ

What committees ask us

Can you look after the grounds on a regular schedule?
Yes. Visits can be weekly, fortnightly or monthly, with mowing, edging, hedging, weeding and mulch top-ups. Green waste is taken away on the day. One-off jobs and bigger work can be quoted on top.
How does quoting and invoicing work?
Every job is quoted in writing first, so the committee or owner can approve it. The price doesn't move without a call and a yes. Tell us who the quote and invoices should go to, and what needs to be on them.
How will your crews get in?
Tell us how access works at the site: keys, codes, a building manager or a contact on the day. We note it on the job, so the crew knows before they arrive.
How do you work around residents?
We plan with you where the crew will work and where materials will sit. At the end of each day, paths are clear, tools are away and the day's waste is gone or stacked neatly out of the way.
Can you do bigger work like walls, paving or drainage?
Yes. We build retaining walls, paving and drainage as well as garden care. Work on common property may need the owners' approval first, so we quote in writing for the committee.
